Squats 10x45, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225, 1x275, 1x315, 3x335
BORs UH 8x135, 8x185, 8x205, 8x215
BB Curls 10x60, 10x70
DB Shrugs 10x80
Notes: Hit 335s today which was the goal. Starting next week I should be entering PR territory. Rows was a PR I believe, they're getting damn heavy. Curls were on the short bar which was a good change of pace, they were easy and so were shrugs. Unmotivated today to do abs.

Deadlifts 5x45, 5x135, 2x185, 2x225, 2x275, 2x315
Notes: Just hit the deadlifts again today. I'm not as concerned with progress on them as I am on squats or bench press. DLs used to be my best lift so I imagine a lot of strength will return over time without pushing the limits too hard. Walked to the gym and did a few laps on the short track as well for a little cardio.

also, we were very similar to start. im 18 and such, and i was just pushing a little more than you... look where you are now! damn, sir. from deadlifting 225 with a struggle to 315! thats amazing.
lets hope for the same speedy progress on my part.

He is not a 315 puller...he's pulled around 435 before, but had a hamstring injury.

Actually, you are both stealing mine. And sticking with it, which I didn't. I kind of miss doing that but can't afford to interrupt my current training for it.
Enjoy it guys.

Flat Bench 10x45, 5x135, 3x185, 3x215, 3x225, 3x235
Standing OHP 6x45, 6x120, 6x125, 5x130
Tricep Pushdowns 9x150, 9x150
Abs
Notes: Bench went well today, 3x235 is definitely a PR. I'm excited to rep 240 next time! PR on OHP's as well, I'm ready to get to 135 on these. The 225s on bench were cake. It goes to show that a good spotter/lift off can make a big difference. I was putting up 225 like it was 185. Did some basic bodyweight ab work and called it a day.

Cardio ~1 mile walk, stretching, 23 minutes running/jogging, stretching
Notes: I don't have much endurance and this was a real test. I walked for a 60 second count right before the decent hill towards the end to build energy. I have not been this exhausted from running in awhile.
EDIT: Total distance was approximately 2.5 miles. Hills and other things present along the route.

Looks more interesting than most of my recent cardio. I miss those long walks and runs. All my cardio centers around staying in almost the same place looking at that ugly green bag, or riding the cardioglide.
You know, I think I'll be doing some walking this week myself. Thanks for the reminder. Nothing like getting out while it's still dark and putting in some road miles watching the sun rise over the lake.

I'm 20 years old, 5'9" or so, I was 195 lbs until I started on creatine so I'm closer to 201 lbs now.
I've had 2 major setbacks to my training. One was the hamstring injury. I couldn't squat or DL for close to 1.5 years, so benching and the gym was left out a lot because I was so limited in what I could do. Also last summer I didn't lift from May-Sept. because of work. I have the same job this summer, I just hope I don't lose ground, I'm not so worried about progression. I lost so much ground in those few months last year on my lifts, and 30 lbs of weight, too.
