Notes: Missed 240s on the bench, kinda pissed, but I wasn't feeling it today so not a big deal. The standing OHP's are a big PR because I had to get the weight from the ground over my head to start instead of just starting in the rack. Skull crushers done with a BB on a bench, hadn't done these in forever. Some abs and called it a day.

DB Shrugs 10x90

Notes: Squats took a lot out of me, and BORs took what was left. Decent day, dropped off some shrugs and curls.

Haha I guess that'd be a fair trade off. What do you think of the CEE so far? Any bloating? And how often do you eat red meat?

I find a get pretty decent strength gains with creatine supplementation because I very rarely eat red meat which is where you can get creatine naturally. I'm still thinking of trying CEE for the summer.

CEE has been ok so far, nothing monumental, but I guess that's creatine for you. My strength is more than it would have been this cycle. I have had no bloating, no cramps or anything like that. You don't notice the difference at all, it's as if I'm not even taking it, but in the gym the numbers have gone up a bit. I do eat a lot of red meat, usually a couple times a week. If you've got time there is really nothing to lose by trying CEE.

Notes: Quick workout, just wanted to get it taken care of. Wasn't really ready for a workout, not in the mood, but 345s still went up without much trouble.

Notes: Dave (Firehawk) came down to Kent today and we got a workout in. I hit a 5 lb PR hitting 260. Missed 265 though. Military press is definite PR as well, took a lot out of me. Pushdowns were cake. Dave showed me some tricep exercises and a new ab one too that kicks ass

Bench press 1x240 video, last warm up set. Didn't get a video of 260 unfortunately.

I got the one good video online, only pics are of my bench attempt at 265. We should have gotten just a regular pic or something but I didn't even think of that.

Nothing wrong with it...we just didn't choose to take pics or record. I got the video of my roommate too but he didn't want it posted up here. He took pics instead of video of the 260 lift on accident. You and him both said "no" to other lifts being taped, fool

Notes: Pushing 350 on the squats was tough as hell, I didn't think I'd get 3 but I barely did. I think it's safe to say my max has gone up from 1x355. I'm not sure what I'll do next week, maybe start doubles or singles again. 350 seems to be my max triple. Rows went well, mixed up shrugs and tossed in curls.

Notes: Went higher volume today because I still need to figure out a new bench program. Hit a PR on 225 for reps anyway. Shoulders were fried for military press. Skulls and abs to finish up.

EDIT: For any who don't know, I go to Kent State and today is May 4. If you are unaware of what happened on May 4, 1970 at Kent State run a quick search to find out. I said a quick prayer, any of you may wish to as well.
