Maybe a little bit, I did it without a spotter. 315 felt light as ever though.

Flat Bench 10x45, 10x95, 5x135, 5x185, 4x225, 4x225
Seated OHP 5x95, 5x115, 5x135, 4x140
CG Decline Press 15x135, 8x185

Notes: I guess our rec closes at 10pm now because of finals week...everything in Kent closes so damn early, I could rant for a very long time. So I missed my DL workout again needless to say. Got some upper body work in today, wasn't too motivated. I haven't been on top of my creatine either and lost 2-3 lbs. Finals week has been hectic and work is starting very soon, as well as moving. Lifting is about to be thrown off completely so I am just going with the flow at the gym and won't have a serious plan until things settle down.

I know how ya feel with being so busy. Don't worry about it too much, at least you're still getting something done in the gym. It's better than nothing.

Hopefully your numbers can keep increasing once you're settled in for summer.

Did some squats, BORs and incline press. That was it, waste of time but I had to do something. The rec is closed for the next 10 days, and work will be beginning. I am not going to have any plan this summer, just lift when I can and what I want. I hope not to lose much, but I don't plan to gain.

Semester is over, got a 4.0 after all with some challenging courses.

thank you pierini...it was a tough semester, with senior standing during my third year. I always like to push the limits, in this case with education and lifting. lifting may be put aside for a couple months due to work, but I will never forget about it. I love to learn

Cardio...walked to the track and did straights and curves for a mile. Nothing too intense, I just needed to do something physical today.

Cardio...jogged 1/4 miles with push ups and sit ups at the end, 100m walked rest in between sets (total distance covered 1.25 mi). There is a chain link fence around the track too, just jumped it twice for speed a few times, decent cardio work as well.

Flat Bench 10x45, 10x135, 5x185, 3x225, 1x245
Dips BWx6, BW+45x6, BW+45x6, BW+45x8
DB Rollbacks 8x30, 8x35, 8x40
DB Side Raises 10x30, 10x30

Notes: Rec center is closed so I found a gym...free first time one day pass, can't beat that. Awesome place, nothing fancy lots of free weights. I did the 225s on bench with no spot/lift off, could have done 4-5 probably. Went for 2x245 with a spotter but couldn't make it. I'll probably be back there the next day or two for legs/back.

EDIT: Just wanted to add the fact that my creatine cycle is done. I haven't taken it for at least 3 full days now. I will resume when I have a steady lifting schedule.

Squats 10x45, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225, 3x275, 5x315
BORs 8x45, 8x135, 8x185, 8x205
BB Calf Raises 10x185, 10x315, 10x315
Pull Ups BWx4, BWx10
DB Shrugs 10x80
Hammer Curls 10x35, 8x45
Decline BB Abs 8x45, 6x95, 6x95

Notes: Got in a great workout. This new gym is phenomenal...real plates, safety squat bar, DL thing to load/unload, they have chalk dishes...it's got it all. I only did 5x315 squatting because there were no safety bars or catches at all, I was just out in the open. Got in a lot of good work, since we were paying for the day pass stayed a little longer than usual. 4 days without creatine, haven't noticed any drops in strength. I could have pushed 6x315 like I really wanted, but with no safety bars I had to quit early.
