Notes: Either last or second to last time at the new gym...then back to the rec. I'm tempted to pay and drive to this place cuz it's so much better. Met a real cool guy, offered to spot me on bench and we just BS'ed for a while between lifts. Great atmosphere for getting strong, I am by far the weakest person there...I've been there three times and already seen 300 lb incline press, 405 lb bench, 405 lb squat for reps, etc. Anyways, deadlifts were easy, wanted more on bench. Decent day overall, moving Sunday, work starts up full time Monday most likely. Oh yeah...used DL thing to load/unload and it makes it so much easier lol.

They prolly don't make you put the stupid clamps on the bar when you bench either.

Notes: Just some light cardio because I've been eating a lot lately. Moving day tomorrow so that'll be decent cardio in itself.

Notes: Not the best lifting day, headache and need food and water. Next time I might just go for 2x405 on the DLs, but it will depend how I feel. Easy in and out day, just getting some workout time in before work.

Notes: Still haven't lost too much strength yet, and I am very happy about that. My weight is around 195 lbs, down from 203-204 lbs that it was. I've just been focusing on compound lifts when I can lift. Work days 6 times a week, walking 8-12 hours.
