Thanks pierini ... if I did not mention it before to you guys, I am working/doing my internship and it fills quite literally all day, ever day. So sorry for not being able to post around DF lately, I just put some numbers in here to keep a basic record of my quick workouts.

Deadlifts 5x135, 2x185, 2x225, 2x275, 2x315, 6x365
BORs 20x135, 16x155, 10x185
Hammer Curls 10x50, 10x40

Notes: Body weight has dropped to around 188 lbs. Got a lot to do on my day off today. I've been trying to run 10-20 minutes each night, just around a couple blocks along with my walking each day at work. Scuba refresher tonight so that'll be more cardio.

You are becoming a weighted dip powerhouse. Don't BW dips feel light after you take that weight off?

Nice on the hanging leg raises too. Next time you want some variety, do them without any weight except take it higher and touch the bar with your toes then slowly descend and repeat to failure. Failure suddenly comes with no warning.

Thanks pierini, I'll have to try the ab thing next time. I also heard another good one I didn't try... flutter kicks, but holding a barbell straight over you to add more weight/pressure. Sounded interesting.

Dips have shot thru the roof lately, I'd never even done +75 before last week. I think it helps I've lost 15 lbs of bodyweight lol. And yeah, bodyweight after weighted was nothing, I thought I was doing something wrong haha.

Cardio 1.5 mile run (12:05)

Notes: Getting over a cold and for not training at all I am happy with this run. I'd like closer to 11 minutes, but it will just take time.
