Notes: 30 lb deadlift PR within a matter of two weeks. Bodyweight today around 185-186 lbs. 455 was still not an absolute max but very close.

Notes: For bench, I'm not honestly sure how much my spotter actually touched the bar. I felt like I could double 250 it went up so easily, and I'm hesitant to call 6x225 a PR because I just don't know. I slammed dips and had no energy for much of anything else.

Thank you guys.  pierini, I've also been running, doing push ups and sit ups on my off-days, I just don't post it. I am trying to form a more all-around program to get the best of both sides.

For all those who don't know, my summer internship is over and I am working on my last semester of traditional undergraduate college work. I turn 21 in 10 days and my courses are challenging this semester. I am vice president of criminal justice honor society and president of foreign language honor society among other things. I am not trying to brag but rather to justify my absence and lack of encouragement for others on this board. I will try to post more often but it may not become a reality : /
