Notes: I was off the entire time with my 210s, pissed me off. 50s went well for my DB hang clean/over head press. In 2 hours I turn 21 so I'm sure I will drink away all my gains.

225 was pretty tough...the third rep was a struggle, not only getting up, but keeping my elbows up so the weight didn't fall off!

Cardio 1.5 mile run < 12 minutes
Notes: No stopwatch, but ballpark times are mile less than 8 minutes and 1.5 miles less than 12 minutes. I am guessing around 11:40 for the 1.5 miler, which means 25 seconds off my last try a month or two ago.
