Cardio Stationary Bike 34 minutes/6 miles, Stretching, Sit Ups
Notes: Did the bike while studying for a final, wasn't really a "work out" but it's what I did today lol.

Flat Bench 10x45, 10x95, 6x135, 8x190, 8x190, 5x200, 4x200
DB Side Raises 15x30
Standing MP 11x95
Notes: Did this after my last two finals having eaten very little, ran out of energy very quickly. Threw in some light work to finish off the day because my muscles felt sore.

Squats 4x45, 4x135, 4x135, 4x185, 4x185, 4x225, 2x250, 2x275, 10x225
One Arm DB Rows 8x60, 8x70, 6x80
Pull Ups BWx10
BB Curls 5x45, 5x65, 5x85
Notes: It's been forever since I've really done squats so working up to 275 today felt good. All reps squatting were easy, just gotta get used to the weight on my back. The last 10 reps were ATG. I seriously considered doing a 20-repper because the first 10 were so easy but with no one around I didn't wanna push my limits today.

DB Flat Press 6x65, 6x75, 6x85
Standing MP 3x95, 3x115, 3x125
Dips BWx20, BWx20
Notes: Almost had 3x255 on decline...military presses were very strict from an absolute stop at the very bottom each rep.

Cardio 15 min. stationary bike, walking
Notes: Went hard on the bike, about 4.5 miles I think in 15 minutes. I used the alpine pass setting and did about 15/20 difficulty.

That's a huge deadlift man. I'm not sure what you're weighing these days, but that's probably 2.5 times bodyweight, right? Awesome.

Yeah it's pretty much 2.5 x BW... I think I'm sitting around high 180s or 190 maybe.
