Decline Press 10x45, 10x95, 6x135, 3x185, 1x215, 1x245, 1x275
Incline DB Press 6x65, 6x75, 8x75
Tricep Pushdowns 4, 12, 12
Decline Sit Ups Plate Behind Head BWx5, BW+10x5, BW+25x5, BW+25x5
Cardio Racquetball
Notes: First time ever pressing 275 on any bench lift, and it went up easy! I was ready to go for 300 but I decided to save another PR for next time. It went smoothly with no hitch and didn't feel that heavy. I was surely good for more. Finished the day with 3 games of racquetball for cardio.

Very good! Thanks for taking the time to share.
I don't know the finer points of deadlifting, but on a technical scale, how was your back alignment postion during the pull?

Back alignment position? If you mean the rounding (not the "arch" like many lifts require) that's because it makes the pull distance shorter, like the PL bench arch. If this is not what you mean, please clarify for me.

Hi Greg,
I guess my real question is if you were satisfied with your form. I guess it stems from me paying alot of attention to my form (actually the lack of it) on the Oly lifts I am trying to learn.

I am happy with my form, from what I can see I use plenty of legs and not all back, and the motion is relatively fluid (simultaneous) legs and back working together. Pointers are always appreciated, as I am still no deadlift expert.

Not really...hadn't considered them as an option for me. I'll be out of the country for a few months soon so I plan to just stick with strength training and some fun form of cardio until I leave (and most likely don't work out much at all).
