BORs UH 10x45, 8x135, 8x155, 8x185, 8x205, 6x225
Pull Ups BWx1, BW+25x1, BW+45x1, BW+60x1, BWx11
Seated Calf Raises
DB Curls 12x45, 8x50
Cardio Swimming 20 minutes
Notes: Skipped deadlifts today because I've been moving heavy furniture and tearing up carpet all day to replace the flooring. I think my body needed the rest from the heavier weights, too. Went a little heavier on back and topped off the night with a swim in the lap pool.

I've done a pullup workout like that many times.
What I like about it is that after the weight comes off, I feel like I'll shooting to the stars when I do that final set of BW-only reps.

haha yeah it's the truth. I hadn't done weighted pull ups in forever, and I don't think I've ever done 10+ pull ups, just chin ups.

Front Squats 5x45, 5x135, 3x155, 3x185, 1x225, 1x245
Back Squats 1x245, 1x265, 1x285, 1x305, 1x325
BORs OH 10x135, 10x185, 10x185
Lat Pulldowns UH 3x80, 3x120, 3x160, 9x200
Decline Sit Ups Plate Behind Head BWx5, BW+25x5, BW+25x7
Hammer Curls 10x50, 10x55
Notes: Both sets of squats fairly easy, didn't want to max out. First time doing lat pull downs in 2-3 years (no exaggeration). I could have done the whole stack (250) but I had so much trouble getting 200 to come down with me (already over my body weight) there was no way I could even get 250 to starting position lol. Heavy abs and curls to finish up.

Cardio 2 games racquetball (~1.25 hours)
Decline Press 10x45, 6x135, 6x185, 6x225, 13x185
Notes: Very happy with my lifting performance after intense games of racquetball and heavy lifting yesterday. Last time lifting in the States for at least 4 months.
To anyone interested: Chances are I won't be posting in my journal until I return to the U.S. in mid-late May.

Decline Press 10x45, 10x95, 8x135, 6x185, 8x185, 10x185
Standing DB Shoulder Press 10x35, 10x35

Reverse DB Flies 10x20, 10x25
Tricep Pulldowns 10x80, 10x110
Notes: I'm back in the States after about 4 months overseas. I am weighing around 175 lbs now (~10+ lbs. total loss) and I haven't been able to seriously workout for quite some time obviously. I was able to lift a few times over the past month so hopefully I will regain quickly. Although since I have graduated college, I am about to start a full time job and then I need to think about grad schools, so I hope there is still time to workout!

Hey stranger welcome back! I was actually thinking about you since you haven't been on the forum, but I do recall that you were going out of the country. Wasn't it Mexico?
So getting a real job and thinking about grad school and wondering if you'll even have time to train. All the signs of a middle-age man in training. Remember, something is better than nothing and you can get one butt-kicking workout in 5-10 minutes with the right intensity.
Have a great day!
