Notes: Good workout today. I could definitely feel the effects of swimming yesterday though.

Notes: Sore legs from running yesterday, didn't want to push too far past 10 reps for deadlifts. Potentially could have done more on cable pulldowns but since I weigh less than 180 lbs I could hardly get in position to start.

Well so far so good. Season score is 5 to 6, I'm down by one game, but we're set to play 2 more games this Sunday. I enjoy racquetball not only for the competition and social aspect but it's great stop and go cardio as well. thanks for stopping by p :
