Notes: 255 went up pretty easily, could have gone for 265 I bet. Hopefully this carries over to flat bench for next week.

yeah I graduated from Kent State with a double major (Spanish and justice studies) and I'm just going to work full time until I go to grad school in fall 2009. I've got a bilingual position so I don't lose my language skills. not 100% sure yet what I wanna study exactly in grad school but I'm def. looking forward to it! and despite my last post I gotta play racquetball tonight (lol pain subsided, the good pain, still some bad pain in non-racquet arm :/ )

swimming is hellish haha it's so challenging. I am noticing though a big improvement in cardio levels just from swimming about once a week.
