Notes: Went lighter today and did less volume so my shoulder wouldn't be bothered. No direct shoulder work to let it rest some more.

Scuba Diving
Notes: Went on a short dive trip this weekend to get my advanced certification. I did 5 dives plus a little bit of surface work. Walking around with dive gear and weights up/down the stairs plus all the cardio of swimming being in the water.

Notes: Good workout overall, kind of tired after the weekend so I'm happy with the numbers. I actually got a compliment on my chin ups because one guy was impressed. Always makes the day better.

Notes: Good workout, no spotter on decline or I'd have gone for more with 225s. I went extra deep on arnold presses not sure how correct they were but it was tough.

Arnold Presses are really hard if you do them correctly. I struggle with the 45's too lol.
