Tricep Pushdowns 3x8

Notes: Weight down 2-3 lbs to lower 170s, I suspect some dehydration so I wasn't very energetic. Ok workout overall.

Swimming 600 yards
Notes: Never remember to time myself for swimming. I'm going to guess the workout took maybe 25-30 minutes? I have no idea but I can tell my cardio during swimming is improving. I'm starting to learn better techniques too to make it easier.

Squats 5x45, 5x135, 5x185, 3x225, 1x275, 1x315, 10x245
Chin Ups BWx5, BW+35x5, BW+70x3, BWx14
Calf Sled 10, 10, 10
Decline Sit Ups BWx20
Hammer Curls 10x40
Notes: Bodyweight has dropped to right around 170. Squats went up easy today, I wanted to go for more than 315 but knew that the reps at 245 would wipe me out (and they did!). Chins with 70+ isn't easy either lol.

great workout today my friend. A 3-wheel squat at 170 is serious stuff. I bet you can get a double bodyweight squat soon enough. Chins are crazy heavy, I think +70 or +75 was my 1-rep max on those. Good stuff.

2 plates on the dips that's good stuff, I'll be there shortly. Hopefully you can find some time for a good routine because you're a beast when you train consistently.
