Notes: I feel like it's getting easier and my recovery time is quicker. I'm going to try to keep doing this at least once per week.

Decline Sit Ups Plate Behind Head BWx10, BW+25x10

Notes: No energy to squat, worked on my car for a few hours this morning. Good workout altogether.

That's a great routine and it makes me wish that I could do squats and more leg exercises. I am still able to do more than 300 crunches and I that helps me burn more calories and it significantly raises my heart rate.

Notes: No spot on bench, possibly could have done another rep at 215. Quit early on dips from fatigue rather than lack of strength. Gotta work on this!

Not usually. Sometimes some DB work flat or incline, really just depends how I feel and how much time I have.
