The rowing machine is excellent for burning calories and getting the heart rate up. For me there is this crunch machine and I believe it is the toughest machine to do and I can barely do 200 reps.

Raquetball is something that I could try on an off day. That would help my cardio greatly.

Very good. You stay very consistant during the week and that's the name of the game.

Elliptical 1 hour
Crunches 50
Push Ups 50
Treadmill Walk 35 minutes
Stationary Bike 10 minutes
Notes: They were showing the new Indiana Jones movie at my gym so I just did some light cardio for a couple hours tonight instead of swimming so I could get a chance to see it.

I would do cardio for two hours just to watch that movie too. Whether it be the bike, treadmill or the eliptical.

That's very good for cardio. I did that crunch machine again today and boy was it tough to do. I do lots reps on light weights.
