Vacation Walking, Scuba Diving, Swimming
Notes: Did tons of walking this past week, and lots of scuba diving and other swimming in the water. A pretty physical week actually.

Notes: Legs cramped on 275s for squats, it had been over a month since I last did them. Good workout for not lifting in a little while.

275 lb squats are pretty good. I am still not able to squats or the leg press.
I did do leg extensions for the first time today for the first time in quite some time.

I have had 2 surgeries on my knees. I had a virus which settled in my and my knees and it caused lots joint damage and so it's difficult to do lots of leg exercises.

I am now able to walk on the treadmill for almost 40 min. I was able to burn 305 calories the other day.
