that question I really don't know. it's hard to judge workloads underwater for me because I am constantly kicking and moving. additionally, breathing patterns are harder to recognize through the regulator because it gets harder to breath at depth anyway lol so I dunno but it can be exhausting!

Ok. I was just wondering because the equipment alone takes lots of energy once it's on you.

My knees might be healthy enough now to play raquetball but probably not an hour. Maybe 20 min.

It's a good competitive sport with a friend to keep in shape...and yeah if 20 min you think is tops I'd avoid it and not risk it. lots of stop and go and changing direction rapidly.

I wonder what caused you to feel as bad as you did after the dead lift?

I think because I had recently woken up and barely eaten anything, and then with the sudden intense work I just got a headache. Cleared up pretty soon thereafter but for those next 20 minutes at the gym I felt like hell!

It's nice hear from other people who take their workouts seriously. When I am at work I feel like I am the only one who goes on a consistent basis.
