5-7 miles is great. I am just now able to do the eliptical trainer for 10-15 min. at pretty quick pace.

Flat Bench 10x45, 10x95, 10x135, 9x185
DB Side Raises 10x35
DB Front Raises 10x40
BB OHP/Skull Crushers 10x45, 7x65

Notes: Weak day again. Gotta try to lift more than once a week, it's hard to make progress/regain strength now.

It looks like you are pretty well at regaining your strength. Nice routine.

greg your "weak" day still is impressive, you should try the 7X3 routine i'm working on for regaining strength, the primary exercises are:

Squat 7X3
Bench Press 7X3
Deadlift 7X3

do that 3X a week, mon-wed-fri for example, and throw some other stuff in as you wish, i'm liking it, probably gonna wrap it up soon though and try something new.

thanks guys...geoff I wouldn't mind experimenting like that but I just can't find the time to lift 3x a week. I need some structure to my workouts, I've been enjoying them with lower volume what I feel like, but maybe a 5x5 or even 3x8 or your 7x3 would work good. Gotta get it figured out haha

That sounds like a good time to me. I have seen people in the gym watch movies while doing the eliptical trainer.

I won't doing cardio tomorrow morning because I have done it 4 days in a row. My right knee is a little and so I think that I will rest it.
