Stationary Bike 30:30
Notes: Different bike today. Did 10 miles and burned 220 calories it said. I think it's more conservative than the other bike I did as far as number of calories burned.

Stationary bike fun. Road bike can be better, but ya know when I get out on the road I sometimes get distracted looking at the view and watching the little birdies fly over and stuff and find myself not working as hard as I should be. So hey, you're doing it and as long as you are pushing yourself...good for you.
I'm starting the recumbant bike and treadmill next week myself. Was supposed to be this week but oh well... Warmer weather comes, I'll move it outside. My original custom road bike was stolen so now I'm riding a used cannondale with only 14 speeds. On these roads 21 is minimum needed and 35 is best. Alas, no one wants to buy me a felt. lol.
Enjoy your training man and keep pushing it.
Those squats are looking good in my humble opinion as a little weak guy.

Stationary Bike 30 minutes, 318 calories, 10 miles
Notes: Much more challenging today. Did the alpine pass setting on 12/20 and kept over 70 rpms on the hard parts and over 80 rpms on the easier parts. They took out the older style bike that I liked better so I'm stuck with the new one until I change cardio workouts.

Are you working on getting the pullup volume higher or just getting the weight up for strength?
I'm kind of thinking of going back to max ot style pullups...however many sets to get to 50 reps again instead of lat pulls...but then I may not.

I'm really just trying to get volume up right now. I want to use a lower weight like 25 lbs and be able to rep it out. I used to do like sets of 2-3 and go pretty heavy, but I think this will be better in the long run.

Do you remember when I was doing my 200+BW with 65 additional lbs chained around my waist for sets of 10-20? haha... I doubt I'm even going to be able to do bodyweight only for very many when I do start them again on Wednesday.
Keep at it on the volume. When you get there you can add more weight over time just like with any other lift.
