Oh yeah, video taped my squats and also had Dave (Firehawk) check out my form. Decent form, few things to correct, but depth is definitely good. Well past parallel but not quite ATF. So these aren't sissy squats FYI

Anyone else interested it's ~20MB, 2 x 300 lb lift @ 182 lbs. I can send over AIM or something.

Today I decided I need to start cutting a little fat off. I'm gonna watch my diet a little more closely and start up some cardio. I've put on a solid 25 lbs since June 2004 (as can be seen from my first journal post!). Body fat has not increased dramatically either. Clothes are just getting snug lol, so time to cut down a tad.

Lift, it's 20MB, Gmail only allows for 10MB max i think for an attachment.

If your attachment is an .exe file - rename it .*** choose any three letters. then Gmail will let it through. We send software to gmail accounts this way all the time. The reciever will have to re-rename it .exe

Oh well, sorry - just hoping to help. I don't have AOL so I don't have an AIM account. Just YIM.

A lifting video that is too big - sounds like some really sick weights.
