BACK, Tuesday, February 22, 2005
Deadlifts 6 x 45 lbs, 6 x 135 lbs, 6 x 225 lbs, 4 x 325 lbs, 4 x 335 lbs, 2 x 345 lbs, 2 x 355 lbs
Chin Ups BW x 4, BW+15 x 4, BW+20 x 4, BW x 4
One Armed Dumbbell Rows 6 x 50 lbs, 6 x 60 lbs
Barbell Curls 6 x 45 lbs, 6 x 65 lbs, 4 x 85 lbs

Notes: Good DL day, just that the weight is getting pretty heavy! Chin ups went very well. I hate the one armed rows. 50 was a joke, lol I was too tired to do more at 60 or higher. Did curls for the first time in 6 weeks. I hit the 85 pretty strong, probably could have done more, but my arm started to hurt. Damn my bicep/elbow. I can't do curls or skullcrushers because of it

Oops, my mistake, totally read that wrong... for a second I thought you were curling 85lbs on each hand

Good job still.

Curling 85 lbs for reps with a barbell aint' no joke either if it's being done properly.

When I started, I didn't think curling 40 with a BB was much of a joke - it's hard to do if you are doing as much as you can - whatever amount that is.

I love the feeling of curling after heavy sets. Just put down 350 for deadlifts, now I pick up an 80 lb bar to curl. Man this is light! Wait, no it isn't!

PS - Andy you got damn nice curls man!
