Nice job. Looks like you are ready to hit 195 on that bench, eh?!

That dude is ready to get 215 on the bench. But, he continues to think he can't get it, and that's the most important problem he faces lol. I'm about to drive over there and work out with him one day, light a fire under his ass.

Squats 6 x 45 lbs, 6 x 135 lbs, 6 x 135 lbs, 6 x 185 lbs, 6 x 135 lbs, 6 x 185 lbs
SLDLs 6 x 135 lbs, 6 x 215 lbs, 6 x 225 lbs, 6 x 235 lbs
Seated Calf Raises 10 x 90 lbs, 10 x 90 lbs

Notes: Still working on squat form, got me some new videos. SLDLs felt nice and strong. I think I feel them in my lower back more than hamstrings only because I lean back at the top to nail the lower back, like in DLs. Went light on calf raises, didn't really feel like doing them.

Try this, then: Keep a slight bend in the knee and don't lean back at thetop. That helps me hit the hamstrings a little harder and seems to take some of the back out of it.

Nice weights on those, BTW.

At the top of the movement when you stand up with the weight, do you straighten your legs out, or do you always have the knees slightly bent?

Keep them bent slightly, you don't want to lock them out.

He's got it - always maintain the bend. That is how you keep the tension on the hamstrings. It's tough to do with heavier weights. I started having problems around 165.
