Looks like you are being cautious and respecting your hamstrings. That is smart.

I get some light indirect hamstring work when I do back hyperextensions. Should be good as part of your hamstring recovery.

Yeah I did the hypers for my lower back and hammy. I also didn't feel like dragging a heavy DB all the way across the room lol. Today went well for the hammy I think.

Are you trying to put a negative damper on my otherwise generally good mood?

I think I'm around 195 again. After my wisdom teeth came out I was 191, down from 198.

ABS/CALVES/GRIP, Thursday, September 1, 2005
Decline Sit Ups BWx10, BW+65 x 10, BW+85 x 10, BW+100 x 10
Seated Calf Raises 8 x 45 lbs, 8 x 90 lbs, 8 x 115 lbs
Reverse Wrist Curls 8 x 95 lbs

Notes: Had about 20 minutes to do this workout. I was speeding like no other. My main focuses are back and chest days now, everything else has become second priority for the moment. Legs I don't have a choice on, and my grip and abs get worked often enough so I'm not too worried to dedicate a day.

CHEST, Saturday, September 3, 2005
Bench Press 10 x 45 lbs, 5 x 95 lbs, 3 x 135 lbs, 1 x 155 lbs, 3 x 175 lbs, 3 x 185 lbs, 2 x 195 lbs
DB Flat Press 5 x 70 lbs, 5 x 70 lbs
Tricep Pushdowns 10 x 130 lbs
Front Raise 10 x 25 lbs
Lateral Raise 10 x 25 lbs
Face Pulls 10 x 100 lbs
SLDLs 25 x 45 lbs

Notes: I'm sick now. Stuffy nose and sore throat. Plus my hammy. I haven't had good lifting now for over a month. I need everything to clear up so I can actually start making gains again. Did SLDLs to get some blood to the hammy. And I have to break up with my girlfriend this weekend. Horrible weekend ahead.

If it makes you feel any better, your numbers are still kicking my a$$. Except for the SLDL which you are keeping intentionally light.

Instead of just breaking up with her, find someone to steal her from you. Then you don't have to go through the aggrivation - and it can be her fault.
