nice squats - imagine what you'd be pushing had you let your ham heal all the way...!

lol just you wait. My ham is affected by squats, but not as much as it is by DLs, so I hope cutting out DLs will help my squat a lot and let it heal more.

A physician, MD, Medical Doctor, go see one. Hell, go see a veteranarian if you must. But get some help for that hamstring already.

HEAVY BENCH, Sunday, October 23, 2005
Bench Press (Pinkies On Rings) 10 x 45 lbs, 5 x 95 lbs, 3 x 135 lbs, 1 x 165 lbs, 1 x 185 lbs, 3x3 @ 200 lbs, 1 x 220 lbs
DB Flat Press 6 x 75 lbs, 6 x 75 lbs
Rope Pressdowns 4 x 150 lbs, 4 x 150 lbs
Lateral Raises 8 x 30 lbs
Front Raises 10 x 30 lbs

Notes: Shortened the workout a bit cuz I gotta read a book and write 4 papers by early next week. Hit my numbers on bench, I should have pushed 225 for my single, I could have gotten it. Using the rope for pressdowns is a bitch compared to the straight bar. Quick hit for the shoulders and I was outta there.

Hey nice work. Didn't look too short to me. Keep it up. Oh and it's Sunday dude - it's already early next week. Have fun doing your papers.

BACK, Monday, October 24, 2005
BORs 10 x 45 lbs, 6 x 95 lbs, 2 x 115 lbs, 2 x 135 lbs, 2 x 165 lbs, 6 x 180 lbs, 6 x 180 lbs, 6 x 180 lbs
Chin Ups BWx6, BWx6, BWx6
Seated Rows 6 x 110 lbs, 6 x 120 lbs, 6 x 130 lbs
BB Shrugs 20 x 185 lbs
BB Curls 6 x 85 lbs, 12 x 65 lbs

Notes: Solid day overall. BORs I have to start putting a little more 'umph' into it to hit my reps. This includes pulling my shoulders back and shrugging slightly, but I'll accept it because I'm sick of staying at 175. Chin ups went smoothly. I'll add 10 lbs next week to chins hopefully. Form slipping by end of rows because I had to move quickly cuz I was working with someone else. Shrugs and curls to finish off.

SPEED BENCH, Wednesday, October 26, 2005
Speed Bench 10 x 45 lbs, 5 x 95 lbs, 3 x 115 lbs, 9 sets of 3 @ 135 lbs (3 diff. grips)
Seated DB Press 10 x 50 lbs, 10 x 50 lbs, 6 x 55 lbs
Lateral Raises 8 x 35 lbs, 8 x 35 lbs
Front Raises 6 x 40 lbs, 6 x 40 lbs
Face Pulls 10 x 140 lbs

Notes: Good day. 135 moved quicker than last week, but still not as quick as my 130s. I'm considering dropping down, but I think I can hit it next week. On the seated MP, I think I might have done 11 reps on set 2 cuz I lost count lol, but they weren't too bad once I got in my groove. Lat raises were heavy, as were front raises, form a little shaky.

LEGS, Thursday, October 27, 2005
Squats 10 x 45 lbs, 7 x 135 lbs, 3 x 185 lbs, 3 x 225 lbs, 1 x 275 lbs, 1 x 315 lbs
Seated Calf Raises 3 sets of 8

Notes: I got a video of my 315 squat, unfortunately it's a really bad angle. Went up pretty easy though
