My Journal


I'm going to be posting to an online journal I have going because it's a bit more intuitive, but posting here because I'd like more feedback

6'0 185 lbs, Male, 21 years old, Training for 3.5 years. Goal is to build mass.

Chest n' Tris today - Did flat/incline barbell press with 2 giant rubberbands attached at the end of the barbells.
