My names Sean
Ive 17 years old
Im 6ft 3
My currently weight is 17stone 4 pounds.
My aims are to reduce my weight down to 15 stone, then start to work on a bit of muscle. I would like to feel more confident with myself and hopefully
loosing weight shall help with it. Also would like have alot more stamina instead of runnign out of breath in a short time. I've also got asthma so that doesnt help hehe. Hope all yous reading can give me pointers and encourage me to acheive these aims. Here i go
Day one
8am, woke up and had a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes. then walked to school
(Was meant to get out of school early today so didnt bring home lunch, then art teacher made me stay in till 3:30 to catch up on work grr)
3:30pm Walked home and had a bowl of Special K (Bran type cereal)
4:30pm still felt hungry so had a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes.
7:30pm Had a bowl of scrambled egg.
Will be renewing my leisure centre membership sometime this week hopefully hehe.
