Talking

my journal (needs help)

Recently, 5 days ago, i started to seriously diet and watch what i eat and when. My intent is to lose the flab that was left over from when i lost 20kg from my 100kg 12 months ago.

I have already started to notice results all over my body
everyday i eat 5/6 meals, with every meal i have 2 glasses of water
breakfast: (9am)cereal with saltanas and glass of juice
brunch: (11am)i eat a banana and 200g tub of yogurt
lunchtime (1pm)chicken lettuce and or tomato wholegrain sandwich
after lunch: (3:30pm) i eat 2 peices of fruit
dinner6pm) at dinner i usally have meat and rice/vegtables/salad, or chicken and one of those three, or pasta and one of those three.

so far i have eaten no "junk food" and have stuck to my diet sucessfuly.

My daily workout consists of 60 mins of weights, situps, squats and pushups. i do this at 2pm because i finish school at 1:30. Then on the same day at 4:30pm i go jogging for 60mins. i do this everyday of the week.

If anyone has advice or ideas on how i should edit this it would be very usefull asap.

YAY. the flab off my chest muscles has almost completely gone. flab on hips is about 3/4 of what it used to be, and my stomach is twice as hard. hell i'm losing fat/flab from all over my body.

3 days of cardio and 3 days of lifting is a good way to lose the flab and gain the muscle. if you can try and do cardio when you wake up on an empty stomach, great fat burner their. would also try and get a post-workout shake in after your workout and maybe some glutamine

hope that helps

cool thanx for the advice, dont know what the hell that glutamine
is but i'm doing this off just normal food, "old school" lol .

About running (cardio) before breakfast, yeh i'm doing that as soon as i finish school in 2 weeks, i will be doing that for 7 weeks, hopefully i get some progress pics up somewhere.

Also, has anyone found that they become addicted in a way to exercising?, example, if i could i would run and do situps all day.
