My log


Ok I'm going to post my journal. Right now I'm doing a 3 day full body workout. I mostly make the workout up right when I'm in the school's weight room.

Incline Bench:
1X8 @ 160
1X5 @ 150
1X5 @ 145

DB Hammer Curls
1X6@45's
1X8@40's
1X6@40's

DB Shoulder Press
1X5@55's
1X8@45's
1X6@40's

DB Skull Crushers

Regular deadlift*
1X1@340 (lost my grip)

*My grips sucks and I really need to work on it. I had my lifting partner watch my form on the set of 340 and he said it was perfect. Chest parallel to the wall back straight. The only problem I have is holding it. I tried a palms away grip but it seems too weird. I think I'll have to go to the trap bar until I can improve my grip. I know I can rep 405 on it the trap bar.

10 minutes cardio on elliptical trainer.

Really disappointed that pool wasn't open. Was going to swim more.

About a 1 mile walk to granparents (man I can't wait to get my licesne).

No Cardio. Tired as hell and they were watching girls baskeball in the fitness room. Would have done something if I could pop in my Skynard CD and rock out.

Great workouts so far Cody. Especially the front squats, that is a good amount of weight to use. Your school must be pretty big to have ellipticals and a pool.

About 1500. I think we have one of the best fieldhouses in the state. I should find a pic of our weight room. You wouldn't believe how packed it gets even when sports are going on.

So Andrew how do you keep the bar on your shoulders for front squat. I notice it always wants to slip off my shoulders especially my right.
