this all equals -2890
today was a very
poor diet day...the last few have been better and have easily broken 4000...I'll do better tomorow!
Exercise:
Work all day... at night I'm a busperson...I must burn alot of calories because i walk around alot and fast.
all i did was 40 pushups today because i worked all day today....mon. and wed. are always my "bad" days.
