My new journal.....advice if needed?


Height-5'11 ,130ibs. age 17. bf%-must be very low

Monday
lets see what i ate today (monday)-bad diet day!better tomorow
-boston creme donut..id say 220 calories? -220
-2 packs of peanut butter cups -460
-milkshake estmated 500 -500
-mcdonalds quarter pounder meal -1000
-chicken tenders and frys -200
-4 sodas -400
-1 slice wheat bread -110
this all equals -2890

today was a very poor diet day...the last few have been better and have easily broken 4000...I'll do better tomorow!
Exercise:
Work all day... at night I'm a busperson...I must burn alot of calories because i walk around alot and fast.
all i did was 40 pushups today because i worked all day today....mon. and wed. are always my "bad" days.

tuesday


tuesday: weight is 131 today
My diet was'nt that good of quality but alot of food atleast
-1 slice 110
soda 100
muffin 150
soda 100
amp 200
pretzel 100
turkey sandwich 300
soda100
pizza and soda 500
quarter punder meal 1000
nestle crunch 210
penne and sauce 650
4 sodas 500
slice 110
all equals- 4130

exercise:
flat bench- small warm up to try and max out for the hell of it...basically more of a stretch and then max out. I got 185 and moved on.
-10 pull-ups
-standing preacher curl only going half way 7x7x7 with 30ibs
wieght on bar. then 6x6x6 with 40ibs
-then used preacher like bicep machine with 55ibs. x 8 and 65ibs x 8
-standing dumbells (both arms) 30ibs x 14 35ibs x 12
-8 pull-ups
-befor bed 40 push-ups

weak day as to gym did not have air conditioner on and was hot as hell or i would have done more and abs.

Nice workout, horrible diet. It looks like you're trying to put on some fat, judging by what you eat. You're not seriously eating this junk, are you?
