Down to 224, on a ketogenic day though. I'll weigh tonight and see.

MMMmmm, Mongolian again today 3 plates, one of pork, bok choy, chives, green peppers, the other of chicken/pork (more chicken), and the same toppings. Both had 2 spoonfuls soy, one of sesame oil. The other plate was crab legs dipped in butter + 1/2 leg.
It's more of a "last meal" for me, as I am getting my teeth pulled tommorow so am not planning on any solid food for a few days (sugar free Jell-o, here I come!), may even have to skip my carb up this weekend.

Got my teeth pulled this morning and I can't talk or anything, mouth is completely numb. Got home and ate some oatmeal and tea, now I'm gonna have more oatmeal, Goes without saying that I will skip my carb up this weekend.
I'm still trying to eat low GI carbs, since I think my glycogen stores are more or less full. Oatmeal, Rice, Tea. I did have some mac n cheese though . It's just tough when you can't chew.

I had a pretty good workout today, probably from all those carbs I had yesterday, what with the oatmeal, rice, spaghetti, god stuff. No carb up this weekend though, bummer, gotta wait a week.

Curious to know if you have ever had any pain doing Behind Neck Sn Press? I did them for the first time tonight and had a sharp pain right at my elbow.. when i would go up you could hear it pop.

Nope, not much pain in the elbow. I was getting a good push up with my legs, and absorbing the shock on the way down by bending my legs, so my arms didn't get a huge workout at all, mainly shoulders and legs.

I couldn't go to morning lifting because I was at an ROTC interview (it went well, can't discuss it thought, top secret government information ), I wanted to go tonight (our other coach opens it at 6 usually), but he wasn't there. I didn't want to waste the whole day though! So I did some jogging. Let me tell you I havn't jogged in forever and it really shows! It was 2-2.5 miles in 28 mins, with a few walking breaks.
I need to jog more...

I didn't do anything today, just worried about diet and all. I WAS going to go ice skating at OU but the rink was closed (zamboni trouble). All I'm thinking about now is what I'm going to eat after my workout tommrow We have a TON of cookies, some pudding, oh yea and my shaker is filled up about halfway with some protein and a ton of dextrose. I love Christmas.
