Hey it looks good! Can you tell us what you ate and excercised during that time? It doesn't look like you gained a LOT of weight in a short amount of time so I guess most of it is lean muscle? Tell us more!

thanks

Yes, I'm lean, except I have 2 inches of fat on my waist, bu it's getting thinner every month.

First month:
I did all body workout every second day. It took 1 hour.

I ate healthy food 3 times a day and took a protein/carbo shake in the morning and before going to bed.

Next one month:
Training every second day:
Day 1: Chest 9 sets, Back 9 sets, Shoulders 9 sets. It took like 1 hour.
Day 2: Biceps 9 sets, Triceps 9 sets, Forearms 3 sets. It took like 45 minutes.
Day 3: Quads 6 sets, Leg biceps 3 sets, Calfes 6 sets, Abs 6 sets. It took 1 hour.

Same food as above.

Last 5-6 month:
Training every second day:
Day 1: Chest 9 sets, Biceps 9 sets, Quads 3 sets, Calves 3 sets. 45 mins.
Day 2: Back 9 sets, Triceps 9 sets, Forearms. 45 mins.
Day 3: Shoulders 9 sets, Lower back 6 sets, Abs 6 sets. 45 mins.

Food quite similar every day:
09 AM: Protein/carb shake
10 AM: Cheese burger (only cheese) with olive oil.
01 PM: Fish and rice/bread
04 PM: 0.5l yoghurt
06 PM: Only training days: Carb drink, like gatorade or isostar + 5g glutamine
07 PM: Protein/carb shake
10 PM: Home cooking: chicken/pig with potato/rice/beans
11 PM: I take like 5g glutamine and some fruits

Extras
I cycle creatine 1 month on - 1 month off

Plans
I want to introduce cardio sessions twice a week on off training days in the morning and afternoon. Cycling 45 min to work and back. Hope it's gonna help overall growth and become more lean.

Will post images later on.

Hi Iraszl-

Hey, that's phenomenal progress!! If your stats are in kilograms you're doing great, so keep it up.

Let me know if I'm reading the chart correctly....

7/2002 = 69 kg or 151.8#

2/2003 = 85 kg or 187#

That's about 35# in 7 months!!! (of course, if I'm interpreting your data incorrectly, you'd tell me, right...?? )

Good job, man!!

Tuna

Hey Tuna Fish

Thanks for reading. Yes you're reading it right. Is that really phenomenal? I have nothing to compare my progress to. The guys in the gym are either pros (check out http://ghassansgym.com hall of fame) or thin guys doing everything incorrectly, so they don't count.

Hi Iraszl-

Yeah, I think it's good. I don't know how much fat you had on you when you started, but if it's decreasing every month you're obviously doing something right.

Do yourself a favor and start to record everything that relates to your workout, such as diet, average resting heart rate, scale weight and bodyfat %, sets and reps, aerobics, etc. A detailed training journal is what I'm talking about.

If you do it NOW and continue it indefinitely, you will have the best resource available to help you in the future. Don't compare your progress to others as it really does not relate. Only compare yourself with yourself.

How much stronger are you now than when you started?

I'd be willing to bet you're quite a bit stronger now. That's good, no???
