My weight gain journal (sharky)


I started my weight gain journal June 2, 2003

I scaled in at 136 lbs.

Chest 37 1/2
Waist 28
hips 35
Right arm 13
left arm 12 1/4
right leg 19
left leg 19
right calf 13 1/2
left calf 13 1/2

Body fat 13.1%
Chest 9.6
Abdominal 21
Thigh 13.6


I have been eating six times a day 8am, 11 am 1pm, 4 pm 7 pm and 10 pm

diet consist of more or protein in, beef, pork, chicken, tuna, soya milk, and reduce fat milk
