my workout, opinions?


i have a 2-day program

DAY 1
Barbell Bench press 4x8
Barbell Incline Bench press 3x8
Dumbell Flies 3x8
Pec Dec 3x8
Dips 3x8
Dumbell One arm tri Extension 3x8
Tricep pushdown 3x8
Situp Deline 3x15
Crunches 3x15

DAY 2
Chin ups 3x8
Unilateral Pulldown 3x8
Dumbell One arm Rows 3x8
Shoulder Press 3x8
Barbell Upright Rows 3x8
Dumbell Lateral Raises 3x8
Ezybar Preacher Curls 3x12
Barbell Bicep Curl 3x12
Dumbell Hammer 3x12
Obliques 3x12

i do this program 3 days a week

I'll second that: where's the leg work? And you have 5 exercises for chest and only 3 for back? Not good. This is plain and simple beach work and you'll be one of those guys who walk around with long pants on all summer because they have chicken legs. Plus, training upper boyd 6 days a week... that's overtraining city.

leg curl 3x8
leg extension 3x8

i go to the gym 3 - 4 timez a week...

not 6
