Napalm's thing that I'll probably barely use

1x30 pushups

Count was “up, one, up, two, up, three” however every “up” was also a pushup so I was tricking my brain into thinking I wasn’t doing that many pushups and I didn’t really get tired. Someday I'll get to 100, blah.

Ate a PB&J sandwhich and some chips, that's about it.

Slept until 5:30 in the afternoon.

Irma came over tonight, so I laughed today a little more than I usually do.

Also it’s like 3am and I have to be up at 10am for school. Was surfing cyberspace aimlessly thinking about how I have no life, and then got up to start pacing.

Thinking about stuff like fighting, wrestling, and getting into wrestling stances as I’m pacing. Man I miss wrestling.

I just got bit by a mosquito.

1x10 pushups

aight yeah whatever so my "grand workout for the day" was a whole 10 pushups. Hey, at least I did SOMETHING! Like I said, I'll get to 100 eventually.

ate some cereal, skipped history, had a snickers for lunch and a grilled cheese for dinner. oooh I'm so healthy.

But I did grapple for half an hour tonight though fast. Man, I miss wrestling.

aight I felt pathetic so I did 26 more.

1x26

counted regular until 10 and then it was "up, one, up, two, up, three" until 8. that's 16? Math needs to die.

Thinking about wrestling again, got pumped.

Sore (most likely from grappling, not from the whole 36 pushups I did yesterday)

Damn, just realized I messed up on my dates. Yesterday was today and so on.

I'm hungry.

2x15 pushups
1x16 (irregular count)

Psyched for the first set, but next sets were hard. I'm tired, going to eat an orange.

Was writing a synopsis for an idea for a novel. Maybe I'll do more pushups later tonight.

(later tonight...)

1x20 pushups (irregular count)

was thinking about grappling, have not been to sleep yet.

I get a big kick out of your comments about how you are constantly thinking about grappling.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I've been the same about karate, catching myself thinking about combination movements while in church.

It's a sign about the passion you have for your sport. Keep training!

1x20 incline pushups, irregular count (my feet were elevated)

2 bannanas, bowl of cereal, bowl of ice cream, some of my dad's cabbage.

Well I just realized how much of a boob I am. I just did a bunch of pushups by putting my feet up on my bench.

I have a bench press IN MY ROOM but am I benching like a maniac and getting hulk strong? (NOOOO I'm eating ice cream and doing PUSHUPS!!!)

Damn, I don't even know how to use this damn thing, its taking up space in my room.......oh wait, I did use it to show off to my friends that one time they came over that I can bench a grand total of 165lbs, wow I'm strong (weak!).

I need to devise some way to spot myself (...hmmmm)

(later)

1x20 incline irregular count

1x20 Incline pushups (feet on bench that I don't use) Irregular count

a few bites of Cereal, some black berries, a bannana.

Was listening to the song "traveling soldier" by the Dixie Chicks (what huh? got something to say about my music?)

(later)

1x20 incline pushups (once again on the bench that I really should use) Irregular count

I'm convinced its a mental block now. Before, sets of 15 would take a toll, even though I'd previously done supersets of up to 40 continuously. Now, switching up the count, making my body think that every 2 pushups is 1, is making it a heck of a lot easier to do them.

My abs and arms are starting to burn though, not that good burn like "feel the burn" but that bad burn that lets you know you probably haven't had enough sleep, which I haven't, I haven't slept yet (I'm a diagnosed vampire).

Was listening to Flyleaf and thinking about wrestling. Even got up to jump around like I do before a match. Guess thinking about wrestling psyches me up.

Nothing but pushups? How about some situps, squats, pullups, burpees, or running?

No need to be antagonistic. I'm actually trying to help. Being pugnacious about it is a good way to make people NOT give you advice and encouragement. Advice and encouragement is the whole point of keeping a journal, so I would have to say your attitude is a bad idea. Unless all you really wanted was to whine about how much you suck and how much you miss wrestling... If that's the case I'll stop wasting my time.

1x5 incline pushups

well, I started off really good, felt like I was going to go to 20 (seeing as I'm following a program where you stay at around 20 for a while), but then something in my hand just clicked and hurt! Pfft, I'll finish later, stupid hand.
