Hay dudes. Its been a wile since i last posted. Its been mabey 9 months since i last did anything fitness wise. It all kinda went to sh!t, i have lost weight, and put on fat, my diet sucked. I have been getting on the piss, smoking, drugs etc. I have had enougth, got to get everything back on track.
I have no money, so going to the gym is out of the question for the moment.
I dont plan on getting into it like i used to. I just want to get fit, and loose some fat. and eat healthy.
I plan on running every morning, push ups, sit ups, pull ups etc.
I let you know how it all goes.
