I need a good solid routine that will help me get some mass on my body. I would think I need an intense workout for this. I have 3 or 4 days to workout with during the week. Could you give me info on a 3 day and 4 day split please. Could you tell me what exercises I should do for mass gain and how many reps and sets I should do for each body part. Please give me some information on this!
