hi! im back. lol. well here is my workout schedule!
workout schedule:
monday: i do
chest workouts, and tricep workouts! (also i do ab crunches with a 15 pd weight on my chest!
tuesday: i run on the gazelle for 30 min
wednesday: i do shoulder workouts, and legs workouts. (also again i do 100 crunches with the 15 pd weight on my chest!)
Thursday: i run on the gazelle for 30 min.
friday: i do my bicep, and back workouts. (again the 100 crunches with the 15 pd weight on my chest!)
sat: i run on the gazelle for 30 min.
sun: same as sat.
well that is just a basic layout of what i do in my week. if you see anything in my schedule that you would change or if i am doin something wrong or you just have a question about it then just ask me and i will surely answer it. lol. thanks for the help.
nutrition:
i really dont count my calories or anything like that. i basically just eat as healthy as i can! but i do take a
protein shake in the morning and after i workout! (only after i lift. not after i run on the gazelle!)
goals:
my basic goals are to look and feel great about my body, and be able to take off my shirt in public without being embarassed!

lol. also i wanna look my best for the american idol audition i am going to this summer!
problems i am having:
well i am lifting as you know and i am running on the days that i dont lift! i have a lil flab around my abs and stomach area! and i really want a six pack! and i have no clue how to get that. am i doing everything right or do i need to improve on stuff!
