New routine


Recently i made a post about my lack of gains and with the replys this is what i came up with.Give me your thoughts.

Day one: Chest,shoulders,tris

Hammer flat press 12,10,8
cross bench pullovers 12,8,6

upright rows 12,8,6
seated dumbell press 8,6

skull crushers 12,8,6
close grip bench 8,6

Day two: Back,bi's,ab's

Pullup's 12,8,6
seated cable rows 8,6
bent over rows 8,6

barbell curls 10,8,6
hammer curls 8,6

crunches 20,20,20
reverse hyper 10,8,6
leg raises 12,12,12

Day three: Legs,calves

Squat 10,8,6
deadlift 10,8,6
leg ext 8,6
leg curl 8,6

standing calve 20,15,15
sitting calve 20,15,15

Id like to see some deadlifts in there on back day and i would keep reps from 4-6. Just my opinion.

Oops i see them now....I wouldnt put them on leg day unless they are stiff legged for hams..

So deadlift would be better on the back day rather than the leg day

Depending on how you do them, deads can either be for back or legs. But regular deads with squats on the same day would drain me out. Id seperate them.
