New workout plan...


I've been thinking about it after posting my last workout plan and i've been working out too much per week by working out the same muscles every other day so now i'm starting to feel like i'm burning out...

Tell me what you think about this plan.. and any suggestions on workouts or changes i should make would be appreciated...

Monday and Friday - tri, bi and chest
Machine benchpress 1set of 8(warm-up)
flat bench 3set of 8-10
incline bench 3set of 8-10
machine flys 3 set of 10-15
DB bench 3set of 10

cable bentover tri 3set of 10
cable push down 3set of 10

machine curl 3set of 8-10
DB curl 3set of 8-10
DB hammer curl 3set of 8-10

Tuesday and Thursday - Cardio
stationary bike 30min
10-15min treadmill

Wednesday midsection, and back
seated high row 3set of 10
seated low row 3set of 10

cable kneeling crunch 3set of 10
crunches 3set of 10
leg lift 3set of 15

back raise(don't know the proper name of it) 3set of 5-10 whatever i can

Saturday and Sunday
rest maybe cardio on Saturday if i feel like it

I know i dont have any Legs, reason is i'm happy as they are right now and i'm focusing on my upperbody and mid section for particular reasons.
Will start working on the legs when i'm satisfied on the condition of my weight and strenght
