Sunday-Shoulders/Abs
Monday-Back/biceps/traps
Tuesday-chest/tri
Wed-shoulders/abs
Thurs-back/biceps/traps
Friday-Chest/tri
Sat-REST
this is a new workout schedule im on...although ppl tell me work them out ONLY once a week, but im giving them 48 hours to rest, when i work them out..i only do 9 sets for each body part, and they DONT get sore. what do u think...stay on this schedule...or work them only once a week? thanx
