See how your toe feels during the squats and deadlifts. If it's hurting it, then let the toe rest for now and heal up. You can substitute leg presses while it heals.
Ok so I did my usual workout today, I did Squats, Bench and Deadlifts, I stuck wtih the exact same weight still because I was unsure how my toe would feel, it seemed pretty good I wasn't putting much stress on my toe so I think I'll be okay to continue with my workouts.
Hi guys, sorry I haven't been updating I actually got really sick last weekend and am starting to feel better now. I'm kinda disappointed that I had to get sick now when I was just getting started. Now it's going to feel like starting all over again because I lost some weight due to being sick and it's just disappointing .
