Nic's Training Journal/powerFULL Beta Test Log


I am starting a journal finally to help log my progress and also the effects of powerFULL by Synergy Muscle.

Stats:
Height - 5'10
Weight - 188lbs
Sex - Male

Split:
Sunday - Chest/Back/Tri/Bi
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Quad/Ham/Calf/Delt/Tri
Wednesday - Moderate Cardio & Ab work
Thursday - Chest/Back/Tri/Bi
Friday - Quad/Ham/Calf/Delt/Tri
Saturday - Moderate Cardio & Ab work

Current Lift Maxes:
BB Flat Bench Press.....................225x4 x3 x3
BB Incline Bench Press.................205x4 x4 x4
Deadlift.....................................420x3 x3 x3
Front Squat...............................255x3 x3 x3

Diet - Right now is a carb cycle approach, on my weight lifting days protein is around 300, carbohydrates 400, and fat 75....on my cardio days everything is the same except carbohydrates are around 200....and on my off day carbohydrates are at 100. This may change actually but it wont change a whole lot, maybe just food selection. I will update this later tonight with circumference measurements when i get onto my laptop.

Current Supplements I use:
PrimaForce - Elastamine, r-ALA, ZMA, Creatine Monohydrate
Multivitamin
Now - NAC
Scivation - Neurostim
Bulk Bcaa/Citrulline Malate/B6
Various Brands Of Whey Protein

I will begin loging everything on Sunday after my workout. Man im excited to get the ball rolling again.
