Tuesday - Quad/Ham/Calf/Delt/Tri
Wednesday - Moderate Cardio & Ab work
Thursday - Chest/Back/Tri/Bi
Friday - Quad/Ham/Calf/Delt/Tri
Saturday - Moderate Cardio & Ab work

Diet - Right now is a carb cycle approach, on my weight lifting days protein is around 300, carbohydrates 400, and fat 75....on my cardio days everything is the same except carbohydrates are around 200....and on my off day carbohydrates are at 100. This may change actually but it wont change a whole lot, maybe just food selection. I will update this later tonight with circumference measurements when i get onto my laptop.
