hey no-frills : don't be too down about your weight gain! You are doing so great, and as peirini says not every step is a step forward. We are all only human after all, and if it were easy to lose weight well then it wouldnt be a billion dollar industry lol!
good job on the workout!

2/19 2:00 pm @ gym
biked to & from the gym
1 mile jog (5.4) on tm 0% incline to warm-up
Work-out = 5 rounds of:
20 assisted pull-ups
30 push-ups from knees
40 sit-ups on incline bench @ level 1
50 squats
1.5 mile brisk walk on tm @ 0% incline
I have decided to approach the next 12 weeks as if I have started my weight-watchers program again. I think I have become to comfortable and this is my way of recommitting. My annual goals remain the same.
More travel and long work days this week.

Nice encounter with "Barbara". A few more CrossFit WODs per week will re-ignite the fat burning flame. Have JDR3 develop a modified version of "Brat" for you to do. It's a quickie which is great for your busy schedule.

pierini... now 2 days after "Barbara" and my legs are still talking to me, which is an indicator that I should probably mix in more CFWOD's and will have JDR3 read your suggestion.

hey no-frills! i've been reading, sorry i haven't said much, but as pierini says: I've been privately cheering for you.
you did great on barara, she was a tough one huh?
i agree with pierini's sugguestion regarding adding a few more CFWOD's during the week. i don't know if you or JDR is familiar with this site, http://forum.brandxmartialarts.com/v...a9cdcec3157228 but they scale down the WOD's into 3 or so different levels.
whatever you decide to do we will be here cheering you on. you are doing great. are you traveling right now, you mentioned more travel this week. that's gotta be so tough to still hit the gym after long days and to top it off you are in a hotel.

UPDATES:
You know its been a while when you have to go to page 2 to find your fitness log.... ;0(
I just finished my 2 months of traveling and crazy work schedule. I am happy to say I finally convinced my boss last week to take 1 of my largest / most complex customers off my plate. He agreed and I couldn't be happier. I should transition it over the next 2 weeks... WAHOO!
Also... my dog who had knee surgery is on the mend. She had the plate taken out last week, has 2 weeks with stitches and should be back to being a dog. Her knee surgery and recovery has been 13 weeks so far. She has been really good, but it's hard to keep a 1.5 year old lab from running around and wanting to play. She will be able to start going on longer walks and light running... just in time for spring.
Weight Watchers....I went back to official weigh-in and WW meeting on Friday. Still up 2lbs... but haven't really been following the plan (log, points, exercise, water, etc) ... just been "running amok". Hope to prove to myself that I am back on plan by showing it in my food/exercise logs.
