Hi, No-Frills!
Glad to see you posting again! Looks like you are moving right along, hopefully work will slow down and you will meet your second quarter goals for exercising! Your doing great, and with spring here it's much easier to get out side for a bit of extra activity!

Good, I'm glad you don't feel I'm a pest! lol. I agree break it into quarters so you can feel like you have a fresh start! It's much easier to get motivated that way.
Great workout today! :

Hi no-frills. I really like your 1st quarter summary report. How corporate of you. I thought I was reading the Wall Street Journal.
Keep the pedal to the metal!

pierini---I have been working so much the past 3 months that my corporate "speak" is showing through....LOL...the only difference is I am not trying to justify the results, but instead I am not afraid to call out the failures so I can learn from them... which at work no-one ever wants to talk about the areas they aren't meeting.... ha, ha, ha...
Spent the last 2 days out at the baseball field watching my sons high school Varsity team play in a tournament. Beautiful 70+ degree weather and so far they have won all 3 games. Tomorrow is the playoff for 1st place.... can't wait.

4/8/07 3 mile walk with JDR3 and my dog up New York Creek Trail. Weather in the 70's and absolutely beautiful for a morning walk on Easter Sunday.

All - I haven't abandoned this site; however I have been experiencing some health issues that I am working through. Looks like I am experiencing gall bladder attacks which have been very painful. I am working to figure out next steps with the dr. and hope to be back up and exercising regularly in 2-4 weeks. thanks for you continued support. Hope to be back soon.

Hey no-frills. Glad you hear from you, and so sorry to hear about your health issues. I hope you are able to take care of this quickly, it sounds painful. Rest up, and make JDR and the boys take care of you, don't try to do it all yourself! rest up,we miss you!

Hello no-frills and thanks for checking in.
I've talked to several people I know who have had gall bladder problems and the pain can be tremendous. One person discovered that his problem with gall stones was the result of him eating too many Tums, causing excessive calcium build-up. His pain was horrendous.
Keep us posted how you are doing and rest assured that you are in our prayers and thoughts.
Put the apron on JDR3 and tell him to step it up in the kitchen while you are on the mend. They take a photo of him with it on and post it here so we can have a chuckle.

thanks Mr. P for stopping by. I am glad to say they have figured out what's wrong. I have a bacterial infection and they found my gall bladder is failing to function properly. While I have been referred to a surgeon, I have modified my diet to bland, whole, healthy foods so as not to aggrevate any more attacks. They have been very painful, but JDR3 has been incredibly wonderful.
I have been getting in low level excercise like walking and eliptical.
5/12 - walked 2.5 miles with JDR3 and my dog, Riley
5/13 - walked 2.5 miles with JDR3 and Riley. Also 10,540 precor strides on eliptical @ resistance 7, varied incline 1-17 = 1000 calories.
5/15 - 10,580 precor strides on eliptical @ resistance 7, varied incline 1-17 = 1000 calories.
