5/18 - 7015 precor strides @ resistance 7, varied incline 1-17 = 700 calories

Didn't get in full 10,000 strides, but at least 70%.

5/20 - 2.5 mile walk with JDR3 and my dog Riley.

5/21 - 10,000 precor strides, level 7 resistance, 1-17 resistance = 1000 cals

Fiday Night - went to watch my niece in the fastpitch varsity playoffs. Her team won and will continue to play over the course of the next week.

Saturday night went to dinner and a play "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" with JDR3. The play was really funny and we had a nice dinner with 2 other couples.

Attended a graduation celebration and then a BBQ. My eating was really good at both places. lots of water, chicken breast, spinach salad and fruit for snack.

whoooooo! that's great. It can be VERY challenging to eat well at BBQ's and any outing for that matter. Way to go!

great job no-frills, on getting the exercise in AND the eating well at the BBQ. Its so tough to eat well at those things. I am worst when it comes to chips/nuts I just cannot stop snacking when people leave bowls of that stuff around!

Do you drink alcohol? If i drink beer i am even more likely to eat badly i find.

minime---Yes, I typically drink alcohol and this BBQ had one of those margarita machines that makes slushy drinks.... but since I am having gall bladder attacks I can't drink any alcohol.... bummer, but in this case it makes it easier to not cheat on my eating.

5/28 9870 precor strides @ resistance 7, 1-17 incline = 1000 calories.
- did some swimming in the pool but it was more about lounging than exercise
