UPDATES:
You know its been a while when you have to go to page 2 to find your fitness log.... ;0(

I just finished my 2 months of traveling and crazy work schedule. I am happy to say I finally convinced my boss last week to take 1 of my largest / most complex customers off my plate. He agreed and I couldn't be happier. I should transition it over the next 2 weeks... WAHOO!

Also... my dog who had knee surgery is on the mend. She had the plate taken out last week, has 2 weeks with stitches and should be back to being a dog. Her knee surgery and recovery has been 13 weeks so far. She has been really good, but it's hard to keep a 1.5 year old lab from running around and wanting to play. She will be able to start going on longer walks and light running... just in time for spring.

Weight Watchers....I went back to official weigh-in and WW meeting on Friday. Still up 2lbs... but haven't really been following the plan (log, points, exercise, water, etc) ... just been "running amok". Hope to prove to myself that I am back on plan by showing it in my food/exercise logs.

Well I've got to admire you for the courage it takes to post this. Many people come here with ambition and quietly walk away when the going gets tough or the discipline starts to fade. Fessing up can be rough as nobody likes a poor report card, particulary one that is self-administered.

Your courage serves as a good example for all of us.

pierini - I can't tell you how hard it has been for me to post so many weeks in a row that I am not meeting my goals...... AND have lost traction on my weight loss. I figure at some point I might get tired of "NOT" meeting and get myself back on track. I reminded myself that I set both weekly AND annual goals...... end of the day it's about total effort and the journey... so I am not walking away... I was sidetracked for awhile.... which confirms I haven't really developed the habits.

Minime... Thank you for checking in on me. I am happy to say today was day 3 in a row of getting some exercise. I am back to square one and taking it a day at a time, but I am back.

yippee for 3 days exercise! see, you are back on track already. You will meet your goals, you have the drive and the dedication : you can do it! A few days or even weeks off is nothing in the grand scheme of things. You have the rest of your life

gymgirl - the sweatshirt only took about 3-4 days.

Pierini - thanks for the link to "how bad do you want it". Interesting read. I have somehow gotten "out of focus" but taking "baby steps" to get back. Guess I am not to the "I want it bad" stage.
