no results and frustated!! Please help


any help would be much appreciated. I started a strict diet about 4 months ago and hitting the gym as well I lost about 12 pounds in the first 3 months but have come to a stand/lifting a little more trying to lose the gut and gain some muscle I would be psyched with any suggestions.. I am 26 6'1 215
MEAL1 (10:00 am)
whey protein shake (optimum) w/cran and 3 strawberries
1 tea spoon of creatine with apple juice
2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/peanut butter
MEAL2 (1:00 pm)
1 tuna sandwich on whole wheat (1 whole can) tbsp mayo
MEAL3 (3:45 pm)
Protein bar P21 C21 F8
Meal4 (5:45)
small can of dinty more P8 C16 F7 CAL160
Meal5 (8:20)
Protein shake/Creatine..... work out........
Meal6 (10:00)
large piece of chicken steak or salmon and green giant vegies..
all I drink is water... I am not losing weight or gaining muscle??

kevin02477 welcome. Well i just had the same problem . my lifts werent going up and i felt like crap. Nothing was working . What i did to fix the problem was took a week off ! yes it helps alot. When i came back things were ok then after a day or to i was uppering my weight again. I gained 10lbs on my DB press ! Think about it , your pounding your body day after day , just give it a break to FULLY recover and trust me it will pay off. Good luck
