OK so I'm not that out of shape but I haven't really worked out in the past month as I've been busy with starting a bit of a side business and band practice. But I'm back on track as I have concert Aug. 9th. I want to have some nice guns showing through my tank top as I play my guitar and sing.
Did a push-up, back and abs set the other day and boy are my
chest muscles killing me!!!!! Tonight it's going to be legs and abs. Oh boy. Hopefully I won't be hurting to much so I can go for a run and get some plyometrics in.
We'll see how it goes. 143 today. hoping to be 138 for Aug 9th. That's 1lb a week. No problem. I've lost that in one weekend. Boxing
