Mon, Wed, Fri:
3x9 flat bench pushups
incline dumbell press
rope &
cable crunches
barbell curls
hammer curls
peck deck
leg extensions
dumbell press
side bends
side
dumbell raises
Tues, Thurs:
3x9 decline bench pushups
hyperextensions
leg press
seated rows
squats
calf raises
lat pulldown
triceps cable pushdown
leg curls
Sat, Sun:
Rest
Any comments or additions are welcome. if u feel i should switch around any particular exercises, please post an updated version of my routine.

That should be good then. It's a bit much really, but that works wonders at first. I'd try a little less after about 8 weeks. You should have your metabolism going at that point.
